17th July 2008 - I'm going to have to accept, I think, that Pervert Action: Crisis will not be done by October, and so the release date gets pushed back yet again. I probably need to get away from it for a while again, so that I can come to it fresh. I have some other projects that are attracting my attentions, so I'll be working on them for a while and then we'll see how it goes. In other news, I'm planning to run an AIF competition that will allow threesomes to be in the games, and hopefully it will get a fair number of entries.

27th May 2008 - The latest on PA:C is that I've passed the 800 kb file size point (in Adrift 3.9, not 4.0 - 3.9 has bigger file sizes). I don't know quite how it happened; it means in terms of file size it's well past double the size of my next largest game (CW4), and counting. There's still quite a bit of sex to write, though. I'm making some progress at the moment, so hopefully I'll get it out... oh, I don't know... this year some time? Mind you, I've been saying that for the last few years. I've also been thinking quite a lot about another interesting project I have on the books, but I'll keep that under wraps for now.

10th May 2008 - A little update for those loyal fans who might be checking up on my progress; I'm still plugging along slowly with PAC. The pre-beta test that I ran went reasonably well, and I've been running a couple of (slow) live AIFs over email to help complete some of the sex scenes. I also just finished writing the 'harem' ending, which I realised afterwards was the largest single-block text response I've ever put into a game (about 4000 words). Anyway, the game will probably now be released in ADRIFT version 4, just because version 3.9 can't really run the game very well. This will mean the graphics will be handled better, and I've eliminated an annoying error where the game would delay for long periods between each command. I'm really trying to get this game done because it's big and I like it, but it's just hard work, so please be patient with me.

13th March 2008 - I've asked a few AIF friends to take a look at the mostly complete PAC and help me work out how to finish it up. There's not a huge heap left to be done, but it's just proving hard to get finished, so hopefully this will help me get it done. A. Bomire's helped me discover some subtle new possibilities with the graphics for the game, which is good. I've also posted my awards for this year (and those for A Goblin's Life)!

28th January 2008 - I've managed to accomplish some work on PAC over the past few days, and so the game has just passed 700kb, which is a nice milestone. There's almost nothing left apart from sex scene content to write, though there is still enough of that to keep me busy for a little while. I've updated the website a little too.

25th January 2008 - Yes, it's been a while. I've not been too diligent, because frankly I haven't been working on my games all that much for a while. However, coordinating the Erin Awards has got me back involved a bit, and I've managed to do a little more work on PAC. I needed some distance from the project, and although this has meant that there's a bit of a learning curve to try and remember all the crazy things I've done to make the game work (it's complex) it does mean there's a lot of refreshing rediscovery of the game for me, that's helping me write again. So I haven't done any really significant work on the game, but I've started on it again, and hopefully it will be completed this year. On another note, I know this website needs a major update; hopefully I'll get to that soon.
